Absolutely not.

You do NOT have to be in perimenopause to attend the screening—perimenopause isn't an exclusive club, and no one’s checking IDs at the door!

Whether you're curious, getting a head start, or just here for some good info, you're totally welcome. Men too!

Founder of Aspire Naturopathic Health Centre, Naturopathic Doctor & Co-Facilitator of Aspire Menopause Programs.

Dr. Emily Habert ND is a Naturopathic Physician who is passionate about helping her patients find their voice in their health care so that they can truly thrive. A leader in her Naturopathic Medicine practice for 17 years, Dr. Habert is a mother of two and the director of Aspire Naturopathic Health Centre in North Vancouver.

Leslie Grant, RHNC

Metabolic Nutritionist & Co-Facilitator of Aspire Menopause Programs.

Leslie Grant is a functional nutritionist and strategic health coach, who utilizes evidence-based nutritional and behavioral science to deliver results. Leslie helps her clients to uncover the root causes of their health imbalances and provides individualized, step-by-step protocols for them to follow so that they can live a healthier more balanced life.

Chela Davison

Writer. Performer. Speaker. 

Contemplative Bard.

Chela Davison is a writer, comedian, speaker and facilitator whose work explores personal and collective transformation. She blends decades of depth work with storytelling, performance, and community practice to create spaces of play, reflection, resonance and we're-in-this-together kind of change. Chela is the creator of the one-woman-show A Little Bit Much and publication Wisdotainment.

Kaile Shilling

Creative Writing Teacher at Mission Institute

Kaile worked in Los Angeles at the intersection of arts and justice reform, and currently teaches creative writing at Mission Institute (Minimum and Medium security) in British Columbia because she believes arts are healing and stories can change the world.

She's a graduate of Harvard University and has a Masters of Theological Studies from Loyola Marymount University where she focused on scripture as story, writing her thesis in defense of Judas. life.

Jane Stark

Jane is a former Executive Director and COO who left corporate leadership during perimenopause, choosing her personal wellbeing over her career trajectory. With over 18 years navigating the corporate world, she experienced firsthand the collision between hormonal shifts, workplace demands, and the pressure to "hold it together" while managing complex family demands as part of the 'sandwich generation'. Today, as a Leadership Consultant and Health & Life Coach, Jane helps purpose-driven leaders build self-awareness and resilience.

Abigale Lee, RPh

Registered Pharmacist, Director of Pharmacy Operations at SequoiaR

Abigail is a Registered Pharmacist and Pharmacy Operations Manager with over 16 years of experience serving communities across the Fraser Valley, the Tri-Cities, and now North Vancouver.

She's not only an experienced healthcare professional. She's also a mom of one, which means she's skilled in multitasking, functioning on minimal sleep... and answering questions all day! long - both at work and at home.

She's passionate about supporting women through this stage of life and helping make sense of symptoms that are often confusing, overlooked, or dismissed.
